Miami’s Path Intelligence Wins SPARC Ignite 2026

A Miami startup just proved a great pitch doesn’t need a single slide. Path Intelligence, a local company building AI-powered sales tools for real estate developers, took first place at SPARC Ignite 2026, a pitch competition drawing founders from across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

The format is deliberately stripped down: forty founders, three minutes each, no slide decks, straight to a panel of judges. Path Intelligence’s pitch centered on a tool that pairs immersive 3D property tours with a conversational AI layer, tracking how prospective buyers interact with a listing so sales teams can pick up the conversation already knowing what that buyer cares about. Founder Nate Robert-Eze put it simply: “We like to say we turn the first call to make it feel like the fifth call.”

The win puts Path Intelligence in the running for the Startup World Cup Global Competition in San Francisco, where a $1 million investment prize is on the line. Robert-Eze says he plans to put any prize funding toward growing his team and expanding outreach to real estate developers, the company’s core customer base.

Path Intelligence wasn’t the only local company in the spotlight. Finalists included Wink Biotherapeutics, working on RNA-based therapeutics for Type 1 diabetes and solid tumors, and Immuniscan, which is developing microchip technology for animal identity and health verification — a reminder that South Florida’s startup pipeline now spans well beyond fintech and real estate into biotech and health-tech as well.

For Miami-area business owners, wins like this are worth paying attention to beyond the novelty. A deeper startup and investment pipeline tends to mean more local hiring, more office and lab space leased in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, and more demand for the everyday vendors, contractors, and service providers that keep a growing company running. A thriving small-business directory benefits when the broader local economy has more companies putting down roots.
